Here at Optimum Care Counselling and Wellness Solution we offer therapy, also called psychotherapy or counselling to patients of all ages across a variety of diagnosis. We have a diverse group of professionals with experience in treating patients using a variety of different therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral also known as CBT therapy. Providers here at Optimum Care Counselling and Wellness Solution provides individual therapy, family therapy, and couples counselling. Our providers have experience in treating patients with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Autism, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Eating Disorder and much more.
PSYCHIATRY
The psychiatric team here at Optimum Care Counselling and Wellness Solution is made up of Psychiatrists and Board Certified Mental Health Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Our psychiatric team has years of experience in behavioral and mental health and specialize in the treatment of various psychiatric disorder with the use of medications across all drug classes. Our team is able and ready to assist patients in initiating the use of psychiatric medication, maintaining the use of current psychiatric medications and stopping /changing of current psychiatric medications.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Virtual Sessions Only, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts.

Virtual Sessions Only, this time will be spent evaluating your physical and mental health to provide medication to alleviate mental health symptoms.
